When the City of Ottawa Amalgamated Nepean housing found themselves looking for new office space. They approached Warlyn to do a Design build for them on a corner of a piece of property they were developing in Barrhaven. The project consisted of the Construction of a single storey wood frame building with a community centre in the basement.
