When the Redevelopment Group Approached Warlyn to undertake the conversion of the former City of Ottawa Archives, Warlyn looked at the challenge as an exiting opportunity to recycle a former school building into loft style apartments. The project consisted of complete interior demolition, refurbishment of existing windows and the complete fit up of the interior to form 11 high end loft apartment units.
