268 First Avenue Conversion to Condos

268 First Ave was formally Carleton College then converted the the Ottawa Board of education office building. Routbourne Urban Developments approached Warlyn to be involved with the Conversion of this building to high end condominiums. The work consisted of completely gutting the interior of the building and converting to Condo units. As part of the project Warlyn constructed a 4 storey addition to the back of this building (211 Second Ave)
