Peter K. Woollings, P. Eng. Owner/President

Peter Woollings, founder and owner of Warlyn Construction Ltd. in 1987, has over 35 years of experience in the construction industry, encompassing experience in all levels of Project Management. He graduated from the University of Ottawa in Civil Engineering in 1973, and is a certified Professional Engineer in the provinces of Ontario and Quebec. He has been a member of the Gold Seal Program as a Project Manager and an Estimator since 1998. Peter oversees all aspects of estimating, project management and company operations to ensure that the quality and client care are maintained. Peter is on the Board of Directors for The Causeway Foundation, Habitat for Humanity and is currently a member of The Rotary Club of South Nepean, where he acts as Secretary. He is a devoted professional who is proud of Warlyn Construction and their history of successfully completed projects.

Michael Ellwood CET, GSC – Chief Estimator/Senior Project Manager

Michael Ellwood has over 17 years of experience in the field of Estimating and Project Management. Michael Joined Warlyn Construction in 1989, where he started as the Assistant Estimator, and has since taken on the responsibility as the Chief Estimator and also takes an active role in project management. Michael is a graduate of Seneca College and a member of the Ontario Association of Certified Engineering Technicians & Technologist (OACETT). He has also obtained the Gold Seal Certification as an Estimator from the Canadian Construction Association. Michael has sat on the board of directors for the General Contractors Association of Ottawa and the Development Committee for Options Bytown, a non-profit housing organization in Ottawa. Michael is an enthusiastic professional, who has extensive computer skills and enjoys the many varying challenges of projects at Warlyn Construction.

Robert Dowsley P. Eng. - Project Manager

Rob is a Graduate of Carleton University with a Bachelor of Engineering (Civil) in 1987.

Rob has over 15 years of experience project managing various ICI projects in both Canada and the United States. Currently Rob is handling project management of Warlyn Construction major projects

Rob is a very enthusiastic individual who enjoys taking on new challenges.

Andrew Clease - Junior Estimator

Graduated from Algonquin College in Civil Engineering Technology.

Andrew is currently performing estimating and project coordinator duties for Warlyn Construction. 

Andrew is young, enthusiastic and willing to take on any challenge that he is presented with.
