Michael Ellwood GSC – President 

President of Warlyn Construction is responsible for the overall management of the company. He provides assistance to the Project Managers and Estimators in all aspects of the business. Mike has successfully completed projects for FedEx Ground, Chrysler Canada, 10 projects for the Affordable Housing Program for the City of Ottawa. Mike has been involved with every Affordable housing project as above, in some capacity as well as Project Coordinating the early projects to full project management of the latest projects. As well Mike has managed several high profile projects in the Ottawa area including the conversion of the former Carleton College Building to condos as well as a large addition and renovation to Nelson Dairy. Mike has over 35 years of experience in the construction industry. He is a registered as a Gold Seal certified Estimator.
