Summary: 500 St Laurent Blvd was constructed for City Living in the Early 1990. The building is a 7 storey brick and stucco building consisting of 1 and 2 bedroom apartment units. The building is a reinforced Concrete Structure with Steel Stud exterior and interior partitions. There was two levels of underground Parking. This was the first of many affordable housing units that Warlyn constructed over the next 15 years.
