Summary: Kelly Funeral Homes approached Warlyn to replace three houses beside their funeral home on Somerset Street. The building was constructed with a full basement for the funeral home's prep rooms. The ground floor was commercial with a large garage at the rear and two storeys of apartment units. The adjacent Funeral Home had a second storey addition constructed onto the existing funeral home.
