Project Name: 268 First Avenue Conversion to Condos
Summary: 268 First Avenue was formerly Carleton College then converted to the Ottawa Board of Education office building. Routbourne Urban Developments approached Warlyn to be involved with the conversion of this building into high-end condominiums. The work consisted of completely gutting the interior of the building and converting to condo units. As part of the project, Warlyn constructed a 4 storey addition to the back of this building at 211 Second Avenue.
